My Zara wish list
I know I'm not alone in my love for Zara, they are consistently bringing out drool worthy items, great news for me, bad news for the old wallet. I'm a list maker, so I thought I'd share with you just a few of the items I've been eyeing up, and yes I said a few, trust me I could have added way more to the list, however, one is trying to learn some restraint.
1. Leather biker jacket
2. Coat with quilted leather sleeves
3. Coat with apliques
4. Leather jacket with studs
5. Bowling bag with zip
6. Office citybag
7. Quilted messenger bag
8. City messenger bag

Day tripping
Crop top and skirt- ASOS | Jacket and necklace- H&M | shoes- new look | bag- Zara
I spent a lovely day out on Monday with some friends from youtube, we headed down to Brighton to visit Bisa, soak in the sun, and see what it had to offer. We were lucky to have to sun out that day considering the weather had been a bit iffy prior, it's safe to say a good day was had by all, I just wish it was longer. Thanks Wande for being my photographer!
Just a quick little note I changed the URL of my blog, so it's gone from tailorsstitch.com to
tailor-stitch.com, so make sure to update your bookmarks and blogrolls :)

Flowing Hearts

Cardigan- H&M | Top- Primark | Skirt, earrings & cuff- ASOS | necklace- Ebay
Remember this skirt I wore on my birthday? well I'm finally getting some use out of it, I'm trying to stop my 'saving' tendencies, what's the point in saving an item if it's never actually going to get worn. I just adore how girly it is and the length is perfect for me, I'm a midi skirt lover now and my collection needs some serious expanding. My sister, who I roped into filming and photography duties, said my outfit made me look like a modern 50's housewife, she was being mean but I like the similarity.

Soaking it in

Tank and Sunglasses- H&M | Maxi skirt and Bag- ZARA | Cuffs- ASOS
I'm propably the only one in the UK that wishes the temperature doesn't go above 20-25C, right now it's warm enough for me to enjoy the weather, any hotter and I can't function. Although I'm not a fan of the heat, it's nice to be able to dust off the summer attire and feel free, I love layers but sometime I'd like to thrown on a couple of items and be done with it.
Are you all done with you exams yet? To those of you who still have some to sit good luck, don't be lurred by the park, trust me, no revision will take place.
I've got a post up on my beauty blog on the makeup that I've got on :)
How are you enjoying the weather?

Default

Top- zara | skirt & bag- topshop | Cardi- H&M | Blazer- Dorothy Perkins | collar necklace- primark | Shoes- new look
This blazer, and the one from my last post have to be hands down my favourites, I know they'll just work with any outfit, so it's hard to not grab for them when I put one together, and hey, if it ain't broke and all that.
Can I just say, you'd think that living in london I wouldn't be surprised by the weather, but nope, I still find myself giving the stank eye when I look out of my window and see a torrential down pour. The weather has been so up and down, one minute it's raining and literally it's sunshine the next. The day I took these outfit pictures, the wind destroying my umbrella meaning I had to stay at home until it stopped raining, by the time it had, I was late for were I needed to be, so I was productive and took these pictures :D
For anyone who's interested I finally caved in a joined instagram, so you can follow me @tailorstitch

23 and counting

Top-Primark | Blazer - f21 | midi skirt- ASOS | Bag- Zara | Belt- h&m | shoes - new look
*Clears throat* Hey everyone! So remember when I said I was back? yeah evidently I lied as I haven't uploaded an outfit post in months, to be honest this is the most effort I've put into an outfit in a long time. Whilst I'm not going to be posting everyday, I'll try and get more productive, try being the operative word here :DI turned 23 yesterday, April 12th, and I didn't really do much just dinner and the cinema with the bestie. Btw watched the hunger games, which I thought was meh, and yes I thought the book was better. I'm just not fussed about celebrating, last year I did diddly squat and I'm sure next year will be the same.
It might be the fact that I'm getting older, I'm not sure, am I the only one that feels this way?
